$2,999 excluding GST to coordinate your entire move

$3,298.90 total including GST

Homesuite coordinates every service from selling your home to settling in to your new one for a single, fixed professional fee. Just $1,500 + GST ($1,650 including GST) is paid upfront, with the balance on the settlement of your property — no commissions on our side, and no surprises at the end.

Service costs are separate

Fees apply for the actual services you use — agent commission, lawyer or conveyancer fees, removalists, cleaning and preparation. You always see them before you commit.

Competitive, no-obligation quotes

Your advocate gathers quotes from reliable, vetted professional service providers so you can compare and choose. There is no obligation to proceed with any of them.

What’s your property worth?

Homesuite uses a sophisticated algorithm built by CoreLogic. Using an RP Data feed and our historical selling information, it helps estimate a realistic price range for a property like yours.

Knowing what your home is worth helps you and your family understand what’s possible in retirement. From there, your downsizing advocate can arrange appraisals and coordinate decluttering, pre-sale repairs and preparation.

What does a downsizing advocate actually do?

Your advocate is your one point of contact for the whole journey. They coordinate appraisals and agent selection, the search for your next home, conveyancing, decluttering, property preparation, cleaning, packing and removals — so you make the decisions and we handle the running around.

Our coordination — from selling through to settling in — is charged as a single fixed professional fee of $2,999 excluding GST ($3,298.90 including GST), with only $1,500 + GST ($1,650 including GST) paid upfront and the balance on the settlement of your property. Fees for the actual services apply separately, such as agent commission and lawyer or conveyancer fees. Your advocate will bring you competitive, no-obligation quotes from reliable professional service providers so you can choose what suits you.

Yes. Many people plan their retirement move with adult children or a trusted friend. Your advocate is happy to keep family members informed and included at whatever level suits you.

Whenever you are thinking about it. Many people begin a year or more before they plan to move, simply to understand their options. There is no obligation to sell.

Unlike other property valuation calculators, Homesuite uses a sophisticated algorithm built by CoreLogic. With an RP Data feed and our own historical selling information, we can estimate a realistic price range for a property like yours.

Historical sale price, suburb quality, new local attractions and developments, the condition of the house, renovations and current market performance can all affect value.
